LIU:JTL Group CEO Over the past 43 years, Liu has been extensively involved in working with the Chinese People. In Taiwan he became a well-known Christian television personality. After coming to the U.S.A. on 1972, Liu continue his involvement with the church while also working in the university system. In his current position, Liu has put to work his unique combination of skills: Those of a businessman/negotiator, and those of a missionary with intimate understanding of the Chinese people and desire to further their standard of living. Recently negotiated and procured for JTL a 50-year Land lease and Joint Venture Development Contract with Taitung County Government in Taiwan, under a Central Government encouragement policy program.
